Protection for Catenaries: PDZIN1
The catenary feeder protection relay PDZIN1 protects power supplies for railway catenaries (single 25kV / twin 25kV) at 50 or 60Hz.
The PDZIN1 also features functions that help network operation: fault locator (similar to LDN1 relay), disturbance recording and desensitisation to de-icing currents.
An optional recloser with 3 cycles is available.
As well as the usual protective functions, the PDZIN1 relay provides monitoring, measurement and recording of the electrical quantities.
