Power*Tools for Windows (PTW) Software Update - V6.0

To access the download page, you must enter:

User name:
This is your product's serial number, followed by an underscore, followed by the first 5 characters of your postcode (in upper case letters). If you don't have a postcode, then simply don't enter anything. Make sure you include the space in your postcode as part of the user name, even if a space is the fifth character.

Password:
Your e-mail address (in lower case letters) is your password. If we don't have your e-mail address in our database, then simply enter the number 0.

For example, if your product serial number is 9876, your postcode is SL13 1AB, and your email address is joebloggs@company.com, enter:

UserName: 9876_SL13 [note that there is a space after the postcode]
Password: joebloggs@company.com

If you have problems entering the download site, try entering your postcode with a hyphen instead of the space (9876_SL13-) or with no separating character at all (9876_SL131).
