Unable to Open Project

When trying to open a project, you get an error that says "Unable to open project. Make sure that no other application has the project open and that your project has the right file permission."

The most likely cause for this error is if any of the project files are read-only. This is often caused when files are copied from a CD to a PC's hard-disk (by default most versions of Windows will created files copied from CDs as read-only).

The solution is simple, using Windows Explorer or My Computer, open the project directory, select all the files and directories (Edit>>Select All), select properties (File>>Properties), and then un-tick read-only. Make sure that the properties of the scenario folders and the eventlog folder are changed as well.
