Using PTW with Windows Vista

The latest version of PTW is compatible with Windows Vista. If you are having problems running PTW with Windows Vista, then this is probably because you are using an old version of PTW.

1. Upgrade to the latest version of PTW (contact us for your username and password).
2. Uninstall the hardware key drivers using the Key Utility program.
3. Download, and install, the latest drivers from the Aladdin website (see Installing PTW).
