FAQs: Renewing your Updating and Maintenance Agreement
Users are automatically informed before their Update and Maintenance agreements expire. This is done by email (usually on the 1st working day of the month prior to expiry), so it important to inform us of any change to your contact details.
If you think your Update and Maintenance agreement is about to expire but have not yet had a reminder, please contact us. This may be for one of several reasons:
- The person originally responsible for your PTW subscription has left your company
- Your IT department now uses network-based PTW licenses located in another country*
- We do not have your latest contact information
- You have changed the PTW modules in your subscription and as a result your renewal date has changed.
If you would like to update your contact information for PTW subscriptions, you can use our online form.
Notes: * If your company has centralised PTW licenses in another country, it is still acceptable for users in the UK and Ireland to contact CEE Relays for advice and support with PTW (even if the PTW license being used is located elsewhere, for example the USA). The only caveat is that the person responsible for the centralised PTW licenses has an up-to-date Update and Maintenance agreement with SKM or another distributor.
