FAQs: Using PTW with Windows Vista (or later)
The latest version of PTW is compatible with Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8 and 10. If you use one of these operating systems and are having problems running PTW it is probably because you are using an old version of PTW (most likely older than version V7.0). 

If you are experiencing problems, try the following: 
  1. Upgrade to the latest version of PTW (contact us for your username and password to download the program from the SKM web site. Click here for a link to the download). 
  2. Uninstall the hardware key drivers using the Key Utility program. 
  3. Download, and install, the latest drivers from the Aladdin website (click here for more information).
